Because their names are so similar and both sit at Lorong Chuan, it's an easy mix-up. They are entirely separate developments by entirely separate developers, with different acquisition histories.
One Chuan Grove is built on two adjoining GLS parcels tendered by the state in 2025 and won by the Sing Holdings Residential-Sunway Developments joint venture — $703.6M ($1,376 psf ppr) and $623.9M ($1,331 psf ppr). URA Housing Developer's Licence C1558 confirms 1,056 units.
Chuan Park was the former Chuan Park condominium, sold en bloc for $890 million in July 2022 to a Kingsford Huray Development-MCC Land joint venture. It comprises 916 units across five blocks (reported as two 19-storey and three 22-storey towers), directly opposite Lorong Chuan MRT.
