The detailed One Chuan Grove site plan diagram has not been officially released. What's known so far: the development sits on two amalgamated Government Land Sales parcels totalling approximately 326,640 sq ft, and is reported to comprise five blocks of up to 27 storeys — 1,056 units of flats/apartments with commercial space, per URA Developer's Licence C1558. The facility programme, tower count and unit mix have not yet been confirmed. Register below to receive the official site plan diagram and stack chart the moment it is released.
The masterplan theme, facility programme, tower configuration, unit finishes, carpark provision and entry/exit layout have not been publicly confirmed for One Chuan Grove. Rather than describe unannounced design details as if they were fact, here is what is actually verified from the URA Developer's Licence and GLS tender records.
A genuine stack-orientation analysis requires the official site plan and a URA Master Plan zoning review of the surrounding Lorong Chuan plots — neither has been done yet. The previous version of this section described north/west-facing nature-reserve views (MacRitchie Reservoir, Windsor Nature Park) that belong to a different, Upper Thomson site — removed rather than left in place with the wrong surroundings.
