The Urban Redevelopment Authority issued Housing Developer's Licence C1558 to Chuan Grove Pte. Ltd., the project vehicle of the Sing Holdings Residential–Sunway Developments joint venture, authorising development of 1,056 units of flats/apartments with commercial space across Lots 19037L and 19064A MK18 at Chuan Grove.
The licence confirms United Overseas Bank Limited as the project account bank and Chuan Grove Pte. Ltd.'s registered address as 96 Robinson Road, #10-01 SIF Building, Singapore 068899. This is the clearest official confirmation yet of the development's scale and structure.

The second Chuan Grove Government Land Sales tender closed on 4 September 2025 with 5 bids. The Sing Holdings Residential–Sunway Developments joint venture topped the field again at $623.9 million ($1,331 psf ppr), 2.9% above the next-highest bid of $606.06 million ($1,293 psf ppr) from COLI (Singapore).
Winning both adjoining parcels let the JV amalgamate them into a single development — the combined site now totals approximately 326,640 sq ft.
The first Chuan Grove Government Land Sales tender closed on 8 July 2025 with 7 bids. A joint venture between Sing Holdings Residential Pte. Ltd. and Sunway Developments Pte. Ltd. topped the field at $703.6 million ($1,376 psf ppr), 7.3% above the next-highest bid of $1,282 psf ppr from City Developments.
It was the second-highest psf ppr ever recorded for a suburban private GLS plot in Singapore, and the first private residential GLS site awarded in the Lorong Chuan area since 2009.
The One Chuan Grove VVIP preview date has not yet been announced. Registered buyers will receive priority invitations ahead of the general public announcement, and the showflat address will be confirmed exclusively to registered visitors once a date is set.
